pk09 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect availability. pk09 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime or technical disruptions.
In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, pk09's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
